Hosta ‘I Dream of Jeanne’
A lovely seedling of ‘Sagae’ that Dick Barbee named for his wife, Jeanne. ‘I Dream of Jeanne’ has deeply veined, chartreuse leaves that gradually brighten to a rich golden-yellow color by mid-summer. The heavy foliage has a bit of a sheen and develops some light puckering at maturity. Hosta ‘I Dream of Jeanne’ forms a large mound about 24″ tall and 47″ across that blooms with fertile, white flowers in early-mid summer.

This is a hosta. It’s name is Sue. It is pretty. Do you like it? I can’t think of much else to say but I want to type enough to get the text to wrap.
Type = Right Image / Left Content
This is Bill. He is pointy and blue. He is folded. This is a cool plant and everyone should have on in their garden. I don’t have one. Do you. Wonder where I would buy one.

Don Rawson
Topic: Rocks, Rocks, and More Rocks
Don likes rocks. Big rocks and small rocks but mostly huge boulders. He has huge equipment to bring in the ricks and place them where he wants them. His yard looks great and the rocks require little maintenance.
Rob Mortko
Topic: How to TC
Rob likes to Tissue Culture. He takes a tiny piece of hosta and magically transforms it into thousands of tiny replicas of the original hosta. Or at least that is the plan. Some hostas TC better than others.

This is really a table
Appears you can only have two columns. It allows you to put in more than two but the display is strange. If you have three columns, the third column is under the first column instead of to the right of the second column.

Quirky Stuff and Other Good Info
Page Preview
You cannot preview a page before making it live. You need to make it live to see what you will really get. Very quirky.
Links
When adding a link:
- click on the “insert/edit link” icon.
- Do NOT put the URL in the first URL box you see (this is the quirk).
- Click on the gear
- Put the URL in the URL box
- Enter the text you want displayed on the screen into the “Link Text” box
- Check the box before “Open the link in a new tab” if desired. This should be used if the URL is not going to a page on the website but something like a PDF.
- Click the “add link” button to finish
Images
Adding images is quirky. the website will crop the image as it sees fit. You just have to play with it to get what you want. What you see when you look at the image you inserted into the page probably will not be exactly how it is displayed when published.
Tabs
You can change the label for any tab or dropdown by editing the box at the top of the page above “permalink”
You cannot add or delete a tab or dropdown. The AHS person, currently Tammy Bordon, needs to do adds and deletes.
Page URLs
You can change the URL for a particular page by changing the text in the “Permalink” box at the top of the page.
Order of Pages in All Pages List
At the top right of a page is a box titled “Page Attributes”. This does NOT affect the way the tabs and drop-downs appear (quirky). It does, however, affect how the pages in the All Pages list appear.
For top level tabs, set “Parent” to “No Parent” and “Order” to “0” (zero).
For items on the drop-down list, set “Parent” to the tab name the item is under. Set “Order” to the associated number of the location in the drop-down list. For example if Speakers is the first item in the drop-down list of Details, the “Parent” would be “Details” and the “Order” would be “1”.
Buttons
You will need to look in the “Examples-How To” Page in AHS WordPress to see the code to copy for the buttons.
This button takes you to another page.
