Ensure that there are bus captain(s) for each bus. Meet with them prior to the convention and be sure they understand their responsibilities.

Arrange box lunch delivery to gardens or place on bus.

Leaf Show – Show Registration
Setup registration area. Register attendees. Reset room for leaf show.
Wednesday – 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm – volunteers needed
Wednesday – 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm – volunteers needed
Thursday – 7:00 am – 9:00 am – volunteers needed
