Register today for the 2025 American Hosta Society National Convention being held in Peoria, Illinois from June 19th-21st, 2025.

Convention Registration Fees*
Early Basic Registration ($170.00)

Standard Basic Registration ($185.00)

* Price includes all convention sessions and on-site activities, and Friday breakfast/lunch/dinner, Sat Breakfast/dinner. Registrations may be discontinued once capacity is reached.

Hornbaker Gardens – Thursday Evening ($20.00)
Boxed dinner at the garden.
Van Transportation to Hornbaker Gardens ($15.00)
We will use ride sharing if you want free transportation. Please indicate on the registration form that a ride is needed. We have a very limited number of seats on Thursday evening for the Hornbaker event. ($15 per person)
Garden Tour Van Transportation ($30.00)
We will use ride sharing if you want transportation. Please indicate on the registration form that a ride is needed. We have a very limited number of seats on Saturday. Price includes box lunch on Saturday. ($30 per person)
Convention attendees can choose to self-drive to gardens at no additional cost and lunch is on your own.

Cancellation Policy
The Registrar must receive a written request by April 1, 2025 (100% refund): by May 31, 2025 (50% refund)
Refunds will be made for family emergencies only for a request received after May 31, 2025.
Photography and filming activities may be conducted during American Hosta Society events, and attendees or personal property may appear in resulting photographic pictures or video and may be used in printed or digital publications, social media, advertising, or other AHS activities. Participation in the AHS convention constitutes permission and consent for the American Hosta Society to use the resulting photographs and video for any purpose without payment or acknowledgement. Additionally, persons who participate in an AHS convention assume all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property.
AHS 2025 Convention Transportation Options
Arriving by car:
Driving from the east or west on I 74. The Par-A-Dice Hotel is located at 21 Blackjack Blvd. in East Peoria on Main Street (Routes 24 and 116) in East Peoria, Illinois. From Interstate 74, take Exit 95 for US 150 W/US 24/IL-116/North Main street. Head north on Main Street. Go .8 mile and turn left on to Blackjack Blvd.
Arriving by air:
Peoria International Airport is the closest passenger airport and is approximately 11 miles from the Par-A-Dice Hotel in East Peoria, IL. Driving time to the hotel is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. If you are traveling by air, you will need to arrange for transportation between the airport and the hotel. There are two options: auto rental or shuttle.
Auto Rental:
Most national auto rental companies serve the Peoria International Airport.
Shuttle:
A free shuttle is available from the Par-A-Dice Hotel. You must inform the hotel in advance of your flight number and arrival time.
Shuttle Services to and from Peoria International Airport:
The Par-A-Dice Hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.
You will need to inform the hotel of your flight arrangements to ensure that the shuttle will pick you up.
