Register today for the 2024 American Hosta Society National Convention being held in Marlborough, MA from June 18th-22nd, 2024.
When you click the button above, you will be able to download and print the 2024 Registration Form (please fill out one for each attendee). Mail form with payment to Sandie Markland at the address on the form.
To pay by Credit Card: download and fill out form (one per attendee please) and check the box Pay by Credit Card. Sandie will send a PayPal request invoice to you for the total amount plus a 5% convenience fee to your email address. You can pay by PayPal or by any credit card by clicking on the appropriate method.

* Price includes all convention sessions and on-site activities, Thursday Clambake/BBQ, Friday buffet dinner and Saturday banquet. Registrations may be discontinued once capacity is reached.
Optional Items
Garden Tour Bus ($150.00)
Let us do the driving on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Price includes box lunch on Friday and Saturday, sandwich choice on Registration Form. Convention attendees can choose to self-drive to gardens at no additional cost and lunch is on your own.
Boston Whale Watch & Brews ($126.00)
7:30 am departure – returning to hotel at 5:30 pm – A New England experience not to be missed! Bus leaves the hotel at 7:30 am Wednesday to set sail for a 4 hour whale watch followed by a brewery tour and tasting. Price includes transportation.
Boston Duck Boat & Brews ($108.00)
7:30 am departure – returning to hotel at 5:30 pm – Explore the best Boston has to offer by duck (boat)! There will be plenty of time to visit Faneuil Hall and have lunch on your own before heading to the brewery for a tour and a sip. Price includes transportation.
Photography and filming activities may be conducted during American Hosta Society events, and attendees or personal property may appear in resulting photographic pictures or video and may be used in printed or digital publications, social media, advertising, or other AHS activities. Participation in the AHS convention constitutes permission and consent for the American Hosta Society to use the resulting photographs and video for any purpose without payment or acknowledgement. Additionally, persons who participate in an AHS convention assume all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property.
AHS 2024 Convention Transportation Options
Arriving by car:
From I-90 East or I-90 West (Mass Pike)
Take Exit 106 toward Portsmouth, NH onto I-495 North – travel 6.1 miles
Take Exit 63B toward Northboro onto US-20 West (Lakeside Avenue) – travel 0.6 mile
Continue on Boston Post Road W (US-20) for 0.4 mile
Turn right into Best Western Royal Plaza entrance and drive past the Convention Center, hotel will be on your left

Arriving by air:
Logan International Airport in Boston is the closest passenger airport and is approximately 39 miles from the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, MA. Driving time to the hotel is approximately 40 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. If you are traveling by air, you will need to arrange for transportation between the airport and the hotel. There are two options: auto rental or shuttle.
Auto Rental:
Most national auto rental companies serve the Logan International Airport. Search for “auto rentals Logan Airport” for options or use a travel company such as Priceline, Expedia, Kayak, etc. to reserve a car.
Shuttle Services to and from Logan Airport:
Knight’s Airport Limousine: Transportation can be arranged with a local company to provide a convenient airport shuttle service for you. Consider combining your shuttle with other attendees to get the best rate. Current costs are:
1 person shared (one way) – $77
2 people shared (one way) – $99
Up to 10 people van (one way) – $208 (includes gratuity)
Your rate will depend on the number of people in your travel group and the size of the vehicle needed to accommodate passengers and luggage.
