There are many volunteer positions available. Some are leadership roles and some are as simple as a two hour shift.

Bus Captains and Co-Captains
The bus captain’s main job is to ensure that everyone that gets on the bus at the hotel, returns on the bus to the hotel. Additional responsibilities include: understanding the route, and garden stops and being able to assist the bus driver, if necessary. Ensure everyone gets their box lunch. Collect all box lunch trash. You are welcome to add some jokes or interesting facts/trivia along the way (this is NOT required).

Bus Coordinator(s)
Ensure that there are bus captain(s) for each bus. Meet with them prior to the convention and be sure they understand their responsibilities.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday – times TBD – 1 or 2 volunteers needed
Bus Lunches Committee
Arrange box lunch delivery to gardens or place on bus.
Friday – 10:00 am – volunteers needed
Saturday – 10:00 am – volunteers needed
Leaf Show – Show Registration
Setup registration area. Register attendees. Reset room for leaf show.
Wednesday – 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm – volunteers needed
